The Concord Kung Fu Academy hosted this tournament at the Clayton Valley High School gymnasium. Competitors from Plum Blossom International Federation schools; Doc-Fai Wong Martial Arts Center - San Francisco,  Golden Lion Martial Arts - Albany, Shaolin Martial Arts - Sausalito.

Judges included world renown Master Jason Wong - DFWMAC, Sifu Evelina Lengyel - CKFA, Sifu Munzer Dajani - Shaolin Martial Arts, Sifu Jaime Marquez - Golden Dragon Martial Arts in Santa Cruz. Senior instructors from the Golden Lion schools also helped in the judging, as well as, student and parent volunteers assisting with score and time keeping.
