The workshop was designed to introduce students to the use of double-weapons, enhancing their skill set and to prepare them for more advanced forms using double weapons. The Shaolin monks were well known for their skill with cudgels and this workshop was based on the Choy Li Fut Double-Cudgel form, only available through the Plum Blossom International Federation. As a member of the Federation, the Concord Kung Fu Academy has access to such forms.
